Templates coming soon
A stream thumbnail is a promise about tonight: what you're playing, who's with you, and that it's happening now. Because you'll make one every stream, the best setup is a reusable template — same layout and LIVE badge, with only the pose, the build or the title changing.
A red LIVE badge in a top corner is the convention viewers scan for. Keep it in the same place every time.
"Day 40 hardcore", "building the castle", "with viewers" — one short line of what tonight is about beats a generic "Minecraft stream".
Save your stream thumbnail as a design and duplicate it each time. Consistency builds recognition and saves you ten minutes before every stream.
Step 1
Choose one of the Minecraft live stream thumbnail templates on this page. Templates marked Free work with a free account.
Step 2
Type your Java or Bedrock username next to each player. Your skin loads onto the 3D character in the same pose.
Step 3
Edit the title, then download a 1280×720 PNG ready for YouTube. Creator opens the full Thumbnail Editor for anything else.
