Use the sand in a Minecraft thumbnail
A big, clean sand next to your own character is one of the most clicked Minecraft thumbnail layouts. Open it in the editor, load your skin by username, add a two-word title and export a 1280×720 PNG for YouTube.
Use it on your site
Paste this into a page, wiki or post. It keeps the credit with the render.

Sand PNG, answered
- Is this Sand PNG transparent?
- Yes. Every render has a transparent background, so you can drop the sand onto any thumbnail, banner or video overlay without cutting it out.
- Can I use the Sand PNG in a YouTube thumbnail?
- Yes. These renders are fan content made in MCRender, free to use in YouTube thumbnails, videos, streams and other non-commercial creator work. Minecraft and its characters belong to Mojang, so don't sell the renders on their own. A credit to MCRender is appreciated.
- How do I put the sand in a thumbnail?
- Press "make a thumbnail with this sand". It opens the MCRender Thumbnail Editor with the render on a 1280×720 canvas, where you can add your own skin, text and effects.
